Bill Hart - Bill is head of "The Advantage" Group. He coordinates all facets of our business, from listing homes, working with buyers, advertising and marketing.
Rich Dixon – Rich is our team administrator and Foreclosure/SHORT SALE specialist. He handles our foreclosure inventory and helps homeowners to avoid foreclosure. Ask him about "Short Sales"! Rich works with Buyers & Sellers in Wayne, Oakland, & Macomb Counties.
Kim Hammonds - Kim is our residential listing and buyers agent. She loves working with buyers and Sellers and assists Rich with short sales.
Renee Stratton - Renee is our Administrative Assistant. She implements and maintains our extensive internet marketing, creates the Personal Property Websites unique to our listings, QR code implementation, Updates our "Property Blog" for our listings, creates and posts our individual property YouTube videos, Virtual Tours, Property Fliers, handles direct mailings to our farms and data base, creates our unique quarterly Team Newsletter, and manages the call caption photo-text system as well as updating and maintaining this website.
