What most clients want is our PREMIUM MARKETING PLAN.  This type of plan is the traditional type of listing with an "Exclusive Right to Sell" and gives your property the widest range of exposure to help sell your home. Our commission rate for the PREMIUM MARKETING PLAN is 6%* and will be paid at closing. All our marketing is at our expense. The seller does not pay (commission) unless the home is sold.
